Another Dimension was born when co-founders, property manager Nick Weeden and director of Dimension Security, Sinisa Misic, combined their respective knowledge of property management and understanding of the security sector.
Identifying the devastating impact that burglaries were having on commercial complexes in the Westmead area, the pair joined forces to offer a new game-changing service to the local market – the installation of smart intrusion detection cameras paired with 24-hour off-site monitoring.
THE PROBLEM
Many commercial and residential properties currently utilise CCTV systems and on-site security guards but still struggle with crime. This may be for several reasons:
- Security threats are only identified on-site once theft or damage has already occurred.
- CCTV is poorly monitored, if at all, after hours.
- Security guards cannot patrol entire properties at once.
- Existing security equipment and software is outdated or unreliable.
