Once we have a clear picture of your current security measures, we assess their effectiveness and identify any redundancy.
3. Plan
Our team will propose a new security plan, suggesting improvements or alternative measures, with your specific requirements and budget in mind. This plan considers the potential growth of your property and involves the correct, reliable infrastructure, programming and licensing solutions for your needs.
Everything is managed under one system, with existing measures seamlessly integrated with new ones.
If no armed response contract is in place, this can be included; otherwise, we will gladly work with your current service provider.
4. Installation
Once you’ve approved this security plan, we are proud to offer installation services carried out by our in-house team, guaranteeing reliable service.
Our installation services include:

- The set-up of both primary and backup power sources to ensure that the systems run during power outages or load shedding.
- Internet set-up.

5. Testing and Programming
Once cameras are installed, our team programs the cameral analytics with various customisable features to best meet your security needs and budget. Our trusted hardware and software provider of choice in this regard is Hikvision – a supplier of a broad range of security products covering video security, access control, and alarm systems.
Programmable features include virtual trip wires, line crossing, intrusion zones, human and vehicle detection and specified alerts sent to emergency personnel. Data capturing for access control is also available, allowing only the right persons to enter your premises at a given time.
6. Monitoring in the Control Room
With trained surveillance controllers, Another Dimension offers 24-hour off-site monitoring that enables the real-time handling of intrusion alerts. Our control room is fitted with a high-end TV wall backed up by secondary power sources, so you’re never left unguarded.
With the use of thermal and infra-red technology, we can overcome visibility challenges posed by poor lighting, allowing you to address irregularities and potential threats from anywhere in the world.
Off-site monitoring also supports your security guards on the ground – acting as their eyes and ears across the whole property, alerting them when a particular physical check is necessary and encouraging more effective service.
Finally, in the event of an incident, our surveillance controllers have a direct line to local security companies if needed on site as well as access to historical footage and reports.
